The calculation
Each route: service fee + separate network fee + amount × conversion bp ÷ 10,000.
A worked example
On $1,000, Route A costs $5. Route B costs $1 + $0.50 + $1 in conversion costs = $2.50. Only confirmed and affordable routes are eligible.
